I used to work here, and I will say worst work experience I ever seen even employees who been there for many years still complain about the company I got blamed falsely for “throwing bag down on delivery” and “being rude” to customers when everyone in the store knows that not me and when I tried to talk to management about it I was called a liar. I will say their Management is very sub par and from what I hear all to most jimmy John locations are like this unfortunately with the exception of 1 and even that one is “ok” at best. even when I went to call out for a doctors appointment the area manager said “whatever just billing in a note” if I could give this place a negative star I would.

First and last time visiting Jimmy John's on Main Street in Annapolis. 1/2 mile walk from work on a nice sunny day turned into a very disappointing lunch. Bread was hard and stale, and the veggies were not fresh. I couldn't even eat my sandwich when I got back to the office. Don't waste your money, go somewhere else.

I ordered a sandwich for delivery on a weekday at 11:50 AM, and two hours later it still hadn’t been delivered. Completely unacceptable, and I strongly encourage anyone reading this review to choose another lunch option. Tarin Thai across the street, Mason’s Famous Lobsters just up the road, even Chick and Ruth’s Delly are all significantly faster and better.

Like all the other reviews said this location is probably one of the worst in existence. Their idea of freaky fast delivery is 2 hours without a call or notification. When I called I was told they were too busy to let anyone leave to deliver food. And when I finally got my food which I ordered directly off the menu it was covered in Mayo which doesn’t even come on the sub! This happened twice! I avoid this location now and just drive to the one in the towne center

Walked in and ready to order. Was not greeted. Finally someone looked up from stocking cups and said “I can’t take your order.” Another employee making sandwiches then asked if I had placed my order online which I had not. He told me I’d have to wait about a half an hour to order. Poor management. Very unprofessional employees.
