Subway

I have had different experiences in the past with Subway in general, which is why I do not go often. The staff wasn't nice but they weren't mean either, they were "meh." When I walked in they were cleaning up. I had a coupon, that wasn't applied to the transaction, I didn't know that until I got home. I realized the coupon couldn't be used because what I purchased didn't meet the requirements...okay well I was fine with that, but if I couldn't use the coupon the lady didn't bother to give it back so that I could use it in the future. All reasons why Subway isn't my first choice. I've been to this location before and they were great, tonight I don't what happened. Probably won't be back, I don't know...

Tried to use an "any footlong for $5.99" coupon today. Evidently the coupon doesn't apply to all subs. I ordered a big philly steak and cheese with the coupon in my hand and no one said anything until the sub was made and I was trying to pay for it. The only exclusion on the coupon was for signature wraps. I walked out and will not be back anytime soon. It's a shame because I have been going there for years and it was usually pretty good.

I love subway. I subscribed to their texting service so I could recieve coupons texted to me for specials and things of that nature. While I have never had a problem before, this time it seemed like they didn't have a code or key for 50% off. I had a coupon for buy one, get one 50% off and was told the biggest discount they could give me was the employee discount for 40% and they would give me a bag of chips for free. The employee that took my order and ranh me up was great and very helpful. I know she tried to find the way to make it happen. That being said, if your offering a coupon in any area you should make sure that ALL of your reataurants in that area that are honoring the coupons are able to.
