The food is very tasty. I got the ham biscuit and Hollandaise with potatoes and I ate almost every bite. I do suggest you visit this location when you have time to wait though, since the wait for food has been around 20 minutes each time I have visited. So not a good destination for a work lunch break. Worth the wait otherwise.

Tasty Sunday evening meal. The atmosphere is updated and very fast-casual, instead of the traditional down on the farm, rural expectation — a smaller dining room than the stand-alone restaurant. The service was inconsistent with a very attentive assistant manager, versus our waitress who seemingly wanted her shift to be over for the night. The food tasted good, so the three stars generally, reflects the inconsistent service. It's a new place, clearly.

They seemed really under staffed. Waitress was very nice, apologized, and took very good care of us. She was 5 stars. The food was cold, home fries were soggy, bacon was not consistent. 1 piece of bacon was barely cooked, the other 2 pieces almost burned. Crepe had no filling, just drowning in blueberry syrup. Very disappointed in food quality.

Sometimes it's good, sometimes not so much. We still eat there because my son loves it but I can't stand most of the food personally lol. Very hearty and thick. Chicken fingers are good. Mac and cheese has been very gross lately. Never the same. We usually carry out but when we have eaten in, we have had friendly waitress. Except for once, she was a bit rude..but that's only one. The rest of the wait staff seems very pleasant. Good location, easy parking.

The food is good and good prices. The server was nice, she tried. She did drop our food on the floor and forgot things. The service was pretty slow though even though it wasn't packed. The bathroom had a bucket of cleaning supplies out on the sink. Along with no paper towels. The restaurant it self was fairly clean. The manager did come over to check on us.

We went right after church today. We were seated right away, and then waited over 15 minutes for someone to even acknowledge that we were there. Once our order was finally taken, the food came out quickly, even before our drinks did. The food was good, but since we weren't given silverware, we could only stare at it until our server finally brought us some silverware. No one checked on us after, except to bring us the bill. When told the cashier that the service was terrible, she responded "I know". No apologies, didn't ask for details. When I called to talk to a manager, I was hung up on 3 times, and treated as if I was an inconvenience. I go to Bob Evans every Sunday after church, but I won't be going back to this location.

Beautiful new location with super high ceilings and windows. Service is wonderful! Constant coffee refills, food is good quality for a breakfast chain. Menu is expansive with seasonal specials, AND they give to go cups of coffee! The only downside is the food down come out a little slower, takes 20 minutes minimum, longer is they are busy.
