I visit this DD 5 days a week as its on my way to work. Most of the time its the normal routine but today I was stunned at the customer service (lack of) that was given by one of DD employee working the register. Kiana felt as though we owe her something and was rushing everything for no reason. Best part when I said I would reach out to DD she laughed and said they need employees, and nothing will come of it.. One bad attitude in that crew!!

Worst dunks. Ever! Lived in thus area for 3 years and it has gotten worse! The employees are miserable and they have no organization skills at all! They will make you wait give you wrong order then give you a attitude while assuming no one understands them soeaking in Spanish about everyone. Please go there anytime and see for yourself.It is too bad could be a gold mine

Coffee was good. Felt like I was being ignored when I stood at the counter. Even after an employee looked right at me. Never acknowledged me until employee came over to the counter. Then he didn't even say hi or good morning.

Always messes up my pickup orders. Forgets toppings on lattes and coffees. Always gives wrong bagel. I'll put in orders 15 minutes before I get there and it still won't be ready. Do you're job correctly please. Read the receipts.

Very bad customer service. They need to replace the lady at the front. She is super rude to the staff and the customers. The staff was asking her politely to not be super hyper and talk nicely to the customers but she said she didn't care. Food was average, my cappuccino was cold. Nope, never coming back.

we went there a few times as we were staying a few feet away in Marriott Courtyard. visiting with family. This place is super rushed and each time we went they go the order wrong. at one point the didnt give us sides of cream cheese and ordered
.Having to go back to pick up, the server at this point doubted that they missed the cream cheese. I can understand why all this could occur as they are very busy. so of you go here, please make sure you double check your order before you leave.
