If they changed their hours, they really need to put up a new sign. And the employees could stand to learn better customer service. The sign said it closed at 10 pm; I went there a little after 7 and read the sign before i walked in. The two employees just stared at me and let me get up to the counter to see that the sandwich meats and toppings were put away. And then finally said they were closing after I told the person I was with that they must be closing.

The sub was good but there is really something wrong with the soda fountain machine. Two flavors where out of order but I got the Fanta orange the ice spit out half chunks mostly water but I overlooked it and got it anyway. I got in my car before I drunk it and it tasted so bad like it had soured never again.

After a bad experience 2 months ago at this Subway, we decided to give it another try. Big mistake, first off, the lettuce was brown, so I skipped on that and asked for tomato’s and pickles....the girl proceeded to squirt a huge amount of mayonnaise on my sub, I didn’t want mayonnaise nor did I ask for it. When I told her, she just kind stared blankly and continued to ask what I wanted on my sub. Same issues I’ve had here before, why this place is still open, I’ll never know.

Pulled up to drive thru and waited 5min and repeated hello no one replied.. so I pulled up to window and the female worker looked at me like ughh why are you here? And slowly made her way to the window. I placed my order making up a sandwich and listed at least 8 things on my sandwich she never read it back to me so I asked her if she got everything Bc the person who’s sandwich that was for is very particular.. she said yes without repeating the order and guess what? Yup she left out 2 ingredients after I asked her if she needed me to repeat myself. They only had one other car in the parking lot when I came so I know the service was not bad Bc of being busy.. I however was kind to her the whole time and I think she tried making up by saying have a good night.. or maybe Bc she purposely left ingredients out.
