Zaxby's

Ordered online. Ready time stated 10 minutes. Arrived 13 minutes later and was told there were 2 orders in front of mine. 45 minutes later there was 1 order in front of mine. An hour in, I asked for a refund and my food was ready 10 minutes later. Never been to such a poorly managed Zaxby's. 0 stars is still too many for this poor excuse for "fast food".

Went through the drive through a few minutes before 12pm today, the girl that took our order wasn’t friendly at all. We are older adults who sometimes need extra patience from these young workers, and I was so disappointed at how rude she was. We get home and our chicken wasn’t completely cooked, one of my chicken fingers was like rubber, and tasted raw. Needless to say it made me sick to my stomach. Please people check your food to make sure it’s done. Today was our last trip to this Zaxbys. I will say I’ve never had a problem with the one on Clemson Blvd..

Their food is decent. However, you would find it difficult to find a polite person there. Each time I go, either to the drive thru or inside, the staff all seems like they hate their job. They are basically just there to punch buttons on the register and yell out your name so you can grab your food and leave them alone.

This Zaxbys never even surprises me when they mess up my order EVERY SINGLE TIME I go. I’m always friendly and reiterate my order to make sure they got it. It doesn’t matter if it’s on their screen, they don’t really care. I asked for the signature sandwich club which comes with everything on it and there was one pickle… no tomato or cheese.. and no sauce, when I asked her she said it was in the bag and it wasn’t but I just took her word for it. The last time I went I ordered a kickin chicken sandwich meal and there was only one piece of bread.. that’s not a sandwich. 0/5 stars.

The woman at the window was giving us awful looks and was not friendly at all it made me not even want to come back to this location. The sandwich was just thrown together with most the lettuce off to the side in the tray and the chicken barely on the bread. I asked for a ranch instead of zax sauce with one meal and we just got that one ranch so our other meal had nothing to dip fries in.

Aren’t wings supposed to come with celery? I didn’t get any with my boneless wings it’s it’s usually standard at other locations. My box of wings was thrown in the bag sideways with a basket of fries. The sauce leaked out of the box and was all over everything. Sticky nasty mess. Y’all missed the mark this time. The picture doesn’t do it justice and the sauce didn’t show up on the pictures of both boxes. It literally look like somebody had a bathroom accident in my bag
