We went here at around 5:00pm with our group of 5. 3 kids. Two adults. It wasn't busy, but the cashier didn't ask us what we wanted to drink with our meals. The food came out quickly and we got some drinks. They have tartar sauce, Louisiana hot sauce, honey mustard and more when it comes to sauces. You typically get two veggie sides with each meals.

Got the special shrimp and fish plate. Shrimp was minced and mostly breading. Asked for extra tarter sauce and got 2. Got no malt vinegar, napkins or utensils. Got green beans as a side. How do you eat green beans with no utensils. Second trip there. It's my last. Terrible both times.

New cashier was still learning without help. Food was good and hot but most tables were dirty as was the end of the counter. You have a great product just need better customer service and cleaning.

The food was freshly cook and the customer service great. I will definitely return to this location when I return to Anderson SC.

Ordered on line drive 15 milies. They had know record of my order. When I got home they had called telling me my order was being cooked. Drove back up and they wouldn't answer phone for curb side. Went through drive through 6 cars wait. I was told to come up front. I waited 15 minutes went back to drive through man came out asked if I had ordered .

I can’t tell you how the food tastes, but I can rate the service. It is constantly bad, in letting people sit at the drive through for 10-15 minutes with no acknowledgement, then when you drive up they say, “we are closed.” A few weeks ago that happened at 8:20pm, tonight at 7:50pm. I check your website and the hours are clearly posted that you are open until 9pm. So why are the employees telling people you are closed over an hour early?

Food was really good for a fast food restaurant. Prices are very reasonable. I liked online/curbside pickup. It was very fast and easy. The food was fresh and tasty.

The food was decent. Portions on sides were pitifull. Took so long to get food to the drive through it seemed like they send somone to the beach to get the fish for every order. The employees were clearly less than happy to be there. Over all, i ate, but i wont be returning to the anderson location
