Panera Bread

I'm not sure if it's a management issue or what, but every time I come to this location my order is wrong. Every time I ask for no tomatoes, it's wrong. A few times I've order a sandwich and it has the wrong bread or cheese on it. Kind of frustrating when you're spending a minimum of $10-$15 on a meal.

Food tasted good, however the portions are ridiculous for the price at this location. I paid extra for more chicken added to my salad and there was a total of 4 slices when I opened the Togo bowl. On top of that, a salad that’s $10+ should be bigger than what I would consider a “small salad” at any other restaurant. Got French onion soup, and it had no cheese or croutons only broth and a few onions. I’ve been to other Paneras that aren’t like this, so this must be a management issue. Consistently disappointed here.

This particular location really shines in what is already a great franchise. I've run into a few minor issues with orders and everyone from the part-time employees to the managers where eager to resolve them. If Panera's menu wasn't already enough to sway you, this location's staff make it even more appealing.

Went to this location for lunch with a friend. Food was excellent, but workers attitudes need work. While I was deciding what I wanted, my friend overhead the workers calling me disgusting and fat shaming me because of my attire. My friend told me after I had ordered and tipped already. Cashier also proceeded to be rude to my friend for ordering two sandwiches instead of one meal. Very disappointed, probably will not be back.

Would give 0 starts if it were an option. I’ve never ordered inside panera before. we were given a buzzer and when it went off we went to the “order pickup” area inside the restaurant. There was an African American female working back there that sat our order up on the counter and didnt say a word to us. She gave us a nasty look when we walked up to the counter and i placed the buzzer down and she picked it up and threw it as hard as she could into a box. She was displaying aggressive behavior and had an overall bad attitude for no reason at all. After throwing some more things around, the person with me then asked her if she liked her job to which she replied no and proceeded to the back. Overall bad atmosphere. Aggressive employee who throws things near customers because we inconvenienced her by placing an order to begin with. if thats the case shut the place down

Usually a good place to eat. Cleanliness has come into question. Last time my sandwich was made improperly (mayonnaise doesn’t come on a Cuban) and this time it’s on a dirty plate!!! When I brought this to the managers attention she replied “we didn’t make it on the plate we just placed it there” Really?!?! Very unsatisfied with the people running this place.

Good food but expensive. The sandwiches are always good but they tend to pile all the meat and toppings in the middle so it is very uneven. Also be careful when looking at the menu because their soup of the day doesn’t always match what they have it as on the menu. I do really like the creamy chicken and wild rice soup and I also like that you can get an apple instead of chips. They have good and interesting drink choices. The menu is hard to understand if you don’t go their regularly so I suggest maybe checking out their menu online first.
