We had a great picnic lunch from This Subway today. The folks were happy, and glad to see us. The sandwiches were professionally prepared, and the employees seemed confident and proud of their work. The place was spotless, and I will buy from this location again. I look forward to returning.

I am super upset about my experience here. I ordered a sandwich for delivery that was literally two ingredients (meatball sub with American cheese) and received a completely messed up order, as did my fiance. My sub had some sort of dressing, lettuce, no cheese, and the bread was undercooked. My fiance ordered the sweet chicken teriyaki and got the wrong bread, with unrequested mayo, wrong meat, wrong cheese, wrong veggies. Absolutely abysmal. I don't see how this could have gone so wrong without the employees intentionally sending out wrong orders. 0/10.
Update 8/20/20: Our complaint we lodged with corporate subway was brushed off with a generic, auto-response email. Incredibly unfortunate experience as a customer.

I haven't had subway in awhile and kinda forgot how to order. I didn't even know what would go good together but Devonté was very patient and giving suggestions, while in no rush to get me out. I was able to order fairly quickly tho because of his suggestions where otherwise I would have taken forever. He was also very humourous, friendly, and not to mention super knowledgeable in what he does. I was very impressed. The sub I got was packed and the flavor combinations he suggested were on point! I stopped going to subway awhile back because of poor service, this was a great change and reason for me to want to stop by again! Great people and great food! ✊🏾 💯

Every time I go in Amanda seems to be working! She’s a great worker continuing to strive for sandwhich perfection!. I hope they’re paying and treating her well! She told me she was born deaf but I couldn’t believe it! She works extra hard ( I couldn’t imagine being behind a counter and still having to listen to customer orders while mouth reading!) through the obstacles she still hasn’t made my sandwich wrong yet! provides excellent customer service and would recommend this place!

It used to be good. The past few weeks I’ve ordered online Protein bowls and salads… they’re half as full with almost nothing in them with not what I ordered. I got a salad today and the chicken was still frozen

The food is so so good, and so healthy!!! It is pretty cheap too. The atmosphere is great! I would just say that the employees need some work. They give you small portions of everything, so I always have to ask for more. (And this is coming from someone who doesn't like that much stuff on the sandwich!!) The employees are nice, but need to be taught. Usually a bit of a wait, they could have a better setup for the line. Great Place though!! My favorite!!!

This store is very hit and miss, but mostly miss lately. The employees are seldom following safety protocols with masks. At least half the time I go there, they are either out of most types of bread, or dont have half the toppings available. I often get a sandwich thats falling apart and splitting, and the past two pickup orders i made were missing several ingredients i asked for. Just a few days ago, the employee was making my sandwich and said "I'll be right back" disappeared for 5 minutes while two other employees just stood around, and then came back without saying anything. It used to be a good place to go but it has rapidly and severely gone downhill. I work so close which is why i go to this store, but not anymore.
