Starbucks

This Starbucks is easily the worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to. The workers always seem to be messing around, talking, or otherwise not doing anything despite how long the line is. I don’t really care about talking or whatever but they literally stop what they’re doing and talk. I have just been standing in line for 20 minutes and have not moved an inch- should be literally impossible for a coffee shop. Also, they frequently make drinks wrong. Recently I told them it was clearly made wrong (didn’t look like the pictures or any of the other ones we have got) and the girl literally just said we were wrong and that was the correct way (it wasn’t). To add on to this problem they are frequently missing key ingredients even if you get there right in the morning (things like lemonade for all the lemonade featured items, or fruit, or syrups). It would not be hard to turn the place around but they put the bare minimum in.

We order from the Amsterdam Starbucks almost daily. I usually order the same drink, Venti Violet Drink or Pink Drink. I love the berries and the coconut milk. Three times now I've got it and there are no berries, no coconut milk and it's clear. If I was physically at the location I would send it back, but usually a co-worker places and picks up the order. I have tried to call, and I get Target and no one picks up the phone at Starbucks. I enjoy Starbucks, but feel my money is not worth spending there when I can't get what I order. The picture is definitely not the Violet Drink! #disappointed

The worst Starbucks ever. I ordered 2 double tall caramel macchiato and the caramel was stuck at the bottom of the cup ..there were 2 ice cubes in it...completely watery....and I had to tell her to add an extra shot because she did not know what a double meant. I wish I could give this place 0 stars. And we had to wait 15min online....SO F SLOW!!!!!!!!!
