The salads here used to be really good. I was on that side of town and stopped and ordered one through the drive through after a very, very long day. The salad I order specifically because I love the dressing. I ordered extra. Not only was the salad very disappointing for the price and not at all what they used to be, I got all the way home to find I had NO dressing. I had to eat it without because I didn't have any. I live all the way across town. I called to avoid leaving my complaint here (still during business hours) NO ANSWER.

The food was good but the girl just couldn't get the order right. She got the soup order wrong twice and I still came home with the wrong soup and the wrong size. I ordered and paid for the large sizes and came home with the small sizes The Reuben sandwich didn't have the extra sauerkraut as ordered and I ordered 3 and paid for 3 chocolate eclairs and came home with only 2. With as expensive as this place is, you would think they could get 1 simple order right and I was even the only car in the drive thru and it was way after lunch rush.

Not impressed. The last THREE times we have gone the food has been terrible. Salads are always wilty & soggy, tastes old. They have forgotten something each time on the chicken ham and cheese sandwich. Usually one of the meats or all the lettuce, tomatoes & onions. Kneaders has gone down hill since coming to Idaho falls. 😔

Nice place for lunch. Went at noon and did not have to wait long in line. There were plenty of options on the menu. Sandwiches, soups, etc. I ordered the roast beef combo with the chicken noodle soup. Food was ordered at the counter then brought to the table in around five minute's. The food was excellent quality and the prices are fair. $23 for two combos. First time coming here and will be back. I think its a direct competitor to Panera while doing a much better job.

This is the third time in a row being there and our order getting messed up. We paid $8.50 for A Turkey cranberry salad, it was supposed to just have less lettuce but we didn't get all normal toppings either, and no turkey at all. Last time we got no dressings. When we called to get it fixed we were told "Well, we MIGHT be able to offer a partial refund"
