Bob Evans

Dad and I got there an hour before they closed, and were not to sure about the type of food we were going to receive. We had great service from the young lady and our food came out steaming hot. This was our best experience at a Bob's Evans in a long time. Thank you to the friendly staff and also a thank you to the cook who was on duty for the amazing meal.

Staff was friendly. We were seated right away and waitress was great. Food was good. The runner brought us partial wrong order. Felt bad for the table next to us as we got their french toast, which we did try to send back as we knew we didn't order it but waitress said once it hit the table they couldn't take it back. Coffees were refilled or topped off multiple times. Usually stop in here once or twice a month.

Sometimes I'll go here with some friends from work early morning on Saturdays, it's not bad. Really depends on the days you go because sometimes the cooks have no clue how to cook eggs or omelets.. burnt bacon.. and sometimes you get a good server or sometimes you get one who won't even give you a refill.. literally it's a coin toss. It's going to be decent

I’ve been going to Bob Evans for years...This is the second time I’ve been disappointed. When it comes to pick up make sure you check your food before you leave. They don’t seem to care too much about your order being right or fresh! I order two sides of fruit, one with my meal and the other I paid extra for and both were old one had mold on both the strawberry and cantaloupe. Then when I called the sever that answered the phone said how, I just cut it yesterday. Just stop, it definitely wasn’t yesterday you can clearly see it’s been a few days due to the welting of the fruit and longer for the mold. I’m completely turned off and most likely won’t spend my money with them again behind what she said.

The service was very slow and our waitress kept forgetting things. it took 20 minutes to get help and it wasn't even busy. I had to remind her about getting our drinks and she forgot my wife's banana bread. Their were three tables next to ours that had not been waited on. I finally made a complaint to the manager and the people were served by other waitresses. The only thing good was the food, even though it was over 40 minutes before we got it.
