This TGI fridays is not specifically bad. The waitress was super friendly and our food came out quickly (as it should when your just heating up pre-made stuff). I ordered their new whiskey glazed burger and it was flavorless and disappointing. One of my friends ordered it as well and had the same experience. We also ordered a shot of whiskey and it was $12 which is an absurd price. All and all I can microwave my own food and the frozen meals they sell in the grocery store are just as good if not better.

Took my goddaughter and grandgodson out as was much little man's choice. Our waiter chise nit to be our waiter and the girl that took care of us was much better. She said he had to leave....strange, he was still there when we left. Non-issue other than the lie. We enjoyed our food and luckily weren't squeezed next to others. Hadn't been there in yrs. They used to have a drink called the chocolate monkey which also had rum in it. Bummer, no longer part of the menu.

I’ve been coming here for 10+ years and have never had a bad experience, until yesterday. They had a greeter who looked like she should work at Hot Topic, with raccoon make-up and many piercings on her face. She took me to my table didn’t even say hello put the menu on the table and walked away. My waitress came to my table was very unfriendly and didn’t even appear she wanted to be there. She didn’t ask how my meal was until after I was basically done with my meal and then when she gave me my bill and thenshe just walked away she didn’t even say goodbye. The service at this restaurant, at least today, was horrible. I’m never going back .
