Wendy's

“Give us a minute” was the response we got after we politely asked if they were still open, since we had waited 20 minutes in the drive through. Said they were doing a shift change. I watched at least 8 other cars drive off after getting sick of waiting. After another 10 minutes we asked if they would be ready any time soon. She then said “no we’re very busy.” Who knows how long we would have sat there if we didn’t ask or simply drive off. We then let the people behind us in line know that i they are refusing to take any orders and not to waste their time as well. That’s when the woman began shouting through the microphone as we drove off. At least three employees all standing around as this happened. I’m honestly not sure they even have management here, since it seems like they purposely drive away customers on a regular basis.

A black male employee went to take his brake. The white manager female had the cashier wait an extra 10 minutes to give him his food after the cashier was ready to give him the food! Is a shame none of the other 3 female employees didn’t say nothing and clearly this wasn’t the first time she has done this because he clearly tried to get the other ladies to “see what he meant” about the manager just being a plain ahole and petty for telling the cashier not to give him his food while she instructed her on the radio phone. Shame on you to be managing others when you clearly have issues. Manager had black bold make up on her eyes and face piercings.

I really wish there was an option of 0 stars at this place. Some of the worst service I have ever seen whoever hired the staff here should really be ashamed of themselves. After charging my card they stated they didn't charge me enough for one of my items. And could not produce a receipt. After that we proceeded to wait 10 minutes for the sandwich they said it would only Take 5 minutes. After forgetting about me sitting in the Drive-Thru they yelled oh my bad. Seriously the worst Wendy's.

After 20 minutes in the drive thru with multiple cars leaving behind us, they told the car in front of us that they were too busy to take any orders and refused to help anyone in the drive thru. When we pulled around the workers were just standing around talking with only 3 people inside the restaurant. Apparently having to take orders takes away from their social time. I will never go back to this location, hopefully more people avoid this location and they won't have to be worried about being too busy when it is closed.

This is by far the worst Wendy's I have been to! 3180 Niagara Falls Blvd. Amherst NY. I paid $8.99 for the Summer Strawberry salad only to get home and find the chicken burnt so bad it couldn't be cut! The fries were cold. The chicken BLT was thrown together. I tried to call bc I didn't have time to drive back. No one answered after several attempts.
