The 7-11 on North French on the corner of Sweethome road employs a VERY RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL cashier. She very argumentative, says she does not care when she scans something and the price is wrong. I was in there two weeks ago ( my very last visit) she was denying someone their money back when it was clear she was at fault. The lady had to use profanity to get her case across. I will never shop there again at this location. The one on Niagara Falls Boulevard is so much more pleasant!

One of the dirtiest, most ghetto and unwelcoming 711 stores I have ever been in. Never really see staff doing much of anything except talking gibberish to each other. Surprising that 711 even allows this store to hold their name. No ice in soda fountain, no iced coffee in dispenser and the store doesn't honor all 711 deals.

Wow when Dave and Kathy owned this store for 40 years it was great..Now its extremely rude nasty people..treated like garbage when shopping there..They do not even acknowledge a question..Can i please have a hot dog? they stare at you..make you ask 3 times then go get it, ring it up and do not say a word....after 40 years of shopping there i will not go back!

Bad service bad an employee I don't know how they hired him, 5/8/2022 overnight shift, this man treat's the customer really really bad it's my second time experience with this employee. I'm not going to do any business there

Employees here tend to notice when you are in a hurry or not paying attention. They'll scan items more than once and hope you don't notice. Of course, you can't go back hours later and get the refund because you already walked away. Bunch of thieves! Don't go here.

If I could give this zero stars then I would. I was in the store on Sweet home and N French in Amherst where I spend a ton of money and so does my family. There has been a $5 off promotion going on for 12 packs of white claws and the requirement is having the rewards program. I put my phone number in and my rewards popped up but because there was an issue with the system THE OWNER refused to give me the five dollars off. I have been to a couple of other 7/11 locations where the rewards program is the requirement and they are just nice enough to give you the promotion because you are a well known customer. He even went as far as scanning his rewards on his phone and running the fact that it took the $5 off that way...which I tried but the app wouldn’t load and yet he still refused to help me out with the promotion even though it clearly said on the screen I was a rewards member. We absolutely will not be shopping at 7/11 again until OWNERSHIP is more willing to be about their customers and not condescending and selfish towards them over their system issues.

I have been coming to this 7-Eleven religiously for over a year now!!! This is right up the block from where I work so convenience was and usually is my initial reason for returning but the service, staff and overall availability of items and variety is pretty good. I come for my daily coffee and it's usually always hot and ready. Even if there is a little line, it will dwindle down shorty. Fresh bakery is great!!! The chocolate and blueberry muffins are great. Highly, highly, highly recommend these guys and gals. They will take care of you!!!
