I just ordered a Mcflurry on drive through. The cup and the spoon were both bloken. I asked them to make me a new one instead of this old one (obviously!!!) Guess what they did? They just put another cup on the outside of the original one!!!!😡😡😡😡 As I was driving through, I didn't notice this until I was home. Shame!!!

Ketchup dispenser exploded on me and manager didn't even say sorry here uses this wet towel they gave me napkins and told employees to come look at ketchup machine as it was a good training. It literally was on the wall, ceiling my whole shirt face hair wall behind me and floor

Thug chick at drive thru had zero patience which was busy in the slightest screwed up everything except the milkshakes.. drive thru wait times are not important to customers if listen to what people want the first go.. I just have no words sad impatient inexperienced untrained girl on speaker go to sweethome n sheridan!!

Very friendly staff and took care of a mistake I put in order. Remade the burger to what I wanted at no charge.

I went through the drive thru & placed my order with a very friendly young man. When I came to the window, he took my money, was very friendly, thanked me & told me to have a nice day! My order was correct, food was hot & tasted fresh. Will definitely will return.

The service was great,but the food was awful,I ordered off the dollar menu my cheeseburger was half of the roll,the top part of the roll was smashed down,it only had maybe a half of drop of ketchup & mustard ,the French fries were cold & soggy
