Santoras

My three stars is due to our sub par service and experience in the outside bar. The bar staff was spending a lot of time on their personal phones while many patrons sat with empty drinks. Our bartender, in particular, never introduced himself and never once smiled or engaged. I would like to note that the bar was not full and it was not a particularly busy evening. HOWEVER, we gave it a second try the next day, and sat inside. Our bartender Amanda was outstanding. She gets 5 stars. The bar was flawlessly clean, and our drinks were amazing. We ordered pizza to go, and the gluten free crust was one of the best I’ve ever had.

I’ve always had a fantastic time when coming here! Recently a large group of us came for my sisters graduation dinner. Our server was rich. I don’t know how he did it, but he did an absolutely fantastic job. Taking all the orders (there was 16 of us), getting the drinks and refills, apps, correct food out, and dealing with some “difficult” family members. He was on top of his game and we greatly appreciate it! All of the food and the drinks were delicious and we’ll definitely be back.

My sister and I took our best friend out for a birthday dinner. Our waitress took our order and after 45 minutes we still didn't have our food. Something had happened with the tablet not sending our order to the kitchen I guess. Our waitress was very very apologetic and even had the manager come over and talk to us. We didn't mind the wait, we were having a good time. After the mishap the food came out super fast and it was great. Our waitress was awesome and so was the manager. He ended up giving us a gift card and a free dessert. Sometimes things happen and all in all it was a great experience. I will definitely be coming back.

Haven't been there in quite awhile (covid-19), but was very happy to see a packed bar and restaurant. An hour wait for a table, so got to enjoy the new heated outdoor enclosure (unfortunately no draft beer, only bottles). Once we got seated I enjoyed a very good burger, my wife's white pizza, and a few more beers.

Mark is AMAZING! From undercooked pizza, to a warm frozen margarita, a 30 min wait to get a table and then 1.5 hour wait for food...this place was awful (today). Not to mention our waitress, Melanie- horrible. We had to ask the manager to come to the table. He explained that Sundays are their "Problem" days. He apologized, and the manager was just such a great guy. Because of his great customer I will give Santoras another try. They want feedback, they want to improve. Such a great response and this restaurant is open to improving....love it!
