Dunkin'

i was craving donuts so i went here and it was the only place that was open! the staff was very kind and fun! i had a donut but it was so good i went back around and got four more hehe, i didnt catch their names but the guy with the beard and glasses, and the the woman with the acrylics who called me honey were both very sweet <33

I’ve only ever gone through drive-thru, and always late nights (10pm to 5am range). I’ve never had a wrong order. Coffees are always good, food has almost always been good (every once in awhile it’s tasted a little stale, but that can be forgiven considering the time of night). Workers always seems friendly and nice, at worst a little tired or “grumpy” (really just meaning quiet, somewhat disinterested), but never to a point that I’d complain. Overall, I love this Dunkin location more than most others I’ve been to.

I want to specially shout out Quinn, one of the baristas at Amesbury Dunkin’. My wife and I came by today for coffee, donuts and sandwiches. Quinn took our orders, rang us out at the first window, made our coffee, and sent us to the second window for the rest of our order. He let us know our food was still cooking, took care of the other passengers in line, and appeared at the second window with food in hand to apologize for the wait. I feel like Quinn may have been working by himself, or covering the floor solo for a coworker to take care of other business in the store. As a former Starbucks barista, I wanted to make sure he got some recognition for what was probably a really stressful situation that he handled expertly. Keep doing what you’re doing, Quinn— We see you, and we appreciate you.
