Wendy's

I realize that a lot of businesses are struggling to find help. Today when we went in the interior was extremely dirty. There were barely any clean tables, food was all over the floor. The drive through line was about one car length from the road. I honestly do not get how people refuse to pick up after themselves. The workers are run ragged and if we all did our part then this would not have looked nearly as bad as it did.

Literally every time I have tried to get food here in the last few months I have been unable to(I liked to go for breakfast or a quick dinner). I don't know if the location sucks or if I have bad luck. Closed early, unable to take cards and only take cash, one time I was told they just "weren't serving breakfast", this morning I tried to go through at 7a, store hours said open and cars were in the parking lot and no one answered me at the speaker after I sat there for over 3 minutes. I'm over it. I won't be back to this location.

Terrible. Driving up to the speaker, there is a piece of paper covering the entire screen which blocked my view, and I was unable to double check the items that were to be displayed. I began giving the worker my simple, 3-item order. I asked for a “small frosty.” I realized I forgot to specify the flavor (vanilla or chocolate), so not even 5 seconds later I stated “vanilla frosty.” This upset the guy taking my order, as he assumed I wanted chocolate which is what he had just put into the system. Instead of just changing the order, he decided to literally lecture me about how I’m supposed to say the flavor first. He then very impolitely told me to do so the next time I come. If someone forgets to specify which flavor they want, the worker should simply just ask. It is also not that hard to go in and change it; I’m so sorry that I made your job so difficult. As someone who has experience working in customer service, the number one rule is that the customer is always right. I did not appreciate how rude I was treated tonight. I understand Wendy’s is short staffed, but this is no excuse for ripping on customers’ mistakes.

We got our usual order of double cheeseburgers and large chilis so we can have open faced chili burgers while watching some Netflix. This Wendy’s never disappoints. There were about 10 cars in line, 20 minutes from closing, and they still got us through the line and home with fresh, hot food, with no delays. Two thumbs up!

Customer service here is abysmal. One of the worst Wendy’s I’ve ever been too. I stood at front counter for 15 minutes waiting to have my order taken. No one said “we’ll be right with you. Sorry for your wait” with 5+ employees . Finally after the lady behind the counter gets off her phone and 20 minutes later I have my order taken. I should have just left. Google please make a zero star option.

I'm a doordash driver and I waited in the drive-thru line for 40 minutes because their lobby with closed and they got me the order dropped it on the floor then copped an attitude with me and blamed it on me. Then when they finally got the part of the order ready that they dropped earlier they had a bad attitude did not apologize once for the inconvenience. I was an hour late on the delivery for the person who ordered it. Poor customer service the worst I've ever seen.
