Buffalo Wild Wings

got on a wait list said wait time was supposed to be 30-35 minutes 1hr later we decided to just walk in and ask when we would be seated. finally got seated. although there were about 6 empty booths still took an hour. ordered about 5 minutes later got drinks fairly quick waited 30 minutes for my meal. then about 10 minutes after i got mine my mom got hers. 15 minutes after that my dad got his. still waiting on our fries after 45 minutes of waiting. over all bad experience has been like this the past 3 times. do not recommend. service is terrible and food isn’t the best. barely any sauce on the wings 11/05/2021

TL;DR - The order was messed up, the kitchen staff is seemingly terrible, and on top of being messed up, it was like eating crumbs. Man.. I hate to be that guy that only leaves a review when the place is bad, but man this experience was awful. As far as time, I wasn't paying attention. We showed up at around 22:15, they close at 01:00. We were greeted fine, sat equally as quickly, and waited a few minutes for our server. It's a slow day, so they closed one half the restaurant. They've got two servers and a bartender on, not sure what the kitchen situation is like. We ordered our food fairly quickly as well. One of us got a Burger and fries with a snack wing, the other a 20 piece boneless. For the boneless wing there was blue cheese and celery ordered. They forgot the celery and gave ranch instead. I should've gotten a picture of the sauced bread crumbs, but I wasn't initially going to complain. $22 for a 20 piece boneless that was very little chicken and very much breading. Needless to say, seeing as all the chicken is frozen and easy to sort through, I was impressed at how lazy and inconsiderate the kitchen staff is. As for the burger, it was just fine. Good flavor, well cooked, no problems there; the fries tasted like they had been left out for the last 20 minutes, but that happens. Mistakes are made in the food industry, and I'll be the first to admit I've made plenty. As far as the speed of our order, the party that came in after us got served all of their food before us... and got the same food as we did. When it comes down to the order being messed up, I'm not sure who to blame. It's a simple game of telephone from us, to the server, to the kitchen staff. Our server was just fine and I harbor no complaints towards them. They were plenty attentive and, though a little distracted, tried to stay on top of things as much as possible. I hate to say it, but I don't think I'll come back here, specifically, for at least 5 years. I've had just fine experiences everywhere else, but here was just overall terrible.

Took 20 minutes to stop by the table another 5 to get waters and another 5 to get the wrong beer. Brought out cold fries, the wrong order, cold wings that were 50% covered in sauce at best. 15 minutes for the server to check in after the food arrived. My daughter and I ate 4 wings and asked for the check. The server after all this, and with me telling her that we just wanted to go (90 minutes at this point), preceded to greet another table, enter and order, deliver drinks and then run our card. I'm not asking for any handouts but we paid over $30 for what amounted to a beer and 4 wings. There were a total of 10 tables in the place, and at least 5 servers. Not the first time we've had bad service or food here, but will be the last for a long time. Buyer beware. As a follow-up, BWW replied to submit a feedback online. I did do this and was greeted with further automated responses, no suggestion that they would actually look into the problem and offer "points" in their rewards program. Unfortunately they dont seem very genuinely concerned about this locations poor performance. I guess if you want to exchange $30 for a couple points in their rewards program this is the place for you.

Good food, but when we went it wasn’t busy. We got seated right away. Took them a while to come and even ask for our drinks. We ordered finally and when our food came out, mine came out first and my girlfriends came out ten minutes later, cold. After, we told the waitress and she only apologized. She didn’t ask if we wanted dessert and just gave us a check and walked away. Honestly wasn’t worth it, cold food for both of us since I waited for my girlfriend’s food to come out before eating.

Called ahead, said they closed at 12, we get there they tell us to hurry because they close at 11. Food was cold, incorrect, and our male server/bartender was not nice. The female servers were excellent. You could definitely tell they didn’t want us there. Even though our check was $98.00. I’d definitely recommend not going at night.

Waited an hour for my take out order. Was very unhappy and no one cared that I had been sitting in the lobby for so long. I asked a few times about my order and they just told me it would come soon. People walking in after me got their food before me. There were only two tables dining in for lunch so I don't know what the hold up was. After I was handed my food, I went to my car and immediately smelled that the food in the bag was not mine. They gave me someone else's food. I went back in to get my correct food and they just took the food back that they originally gave me. I will never be back to this location. I ended up having to reach out to Buffalo Wild Wings guest services.
