Fabulous meal, great ambiance and staff. We are not vegetarian but the menu looked interesting and we paired it with a cinema trip. Whole evening exceeded our expectations. Quality of environment and service was superb. Food was so full of flavour and well presented, home made bread was lovely too. Absolutely recommend this place if you want a refined evening at a sensible price.

Really glad we decided to come here despite not having much time before our bus was scheduled to leave. I had the nut roast and it was really as good as others say. The sauces, potatoes and veggies on the side were really good as well and I was happy with the portion size. I also had the pineapple with sorbet for dessert which I was a bit apprehensive about but it was fantastic. The rum syrup was delicious. My partner had the cauliflower as the main which he would've preferred to be saltier. The waiter was exceptional. He was really friendly, efficient and attentive and made sure that we were in and out in time to catch the bus. It was impressive how good he was as it got quite busy towards 6pm. I really liked the decor as well. It's great that much of the menu is vegan.

Beautiful setting, perfect service, great wine, exceptional food! We shared a bread basket and olives to start, lovely and soft. For the mains, we had the aubergine rolls and the almond baklava. Absolutely packed with flavour. Great textures, really thoughtfully put together. It's great to see vegetarian food executed to such a high standard. Our only regret, is not leaving enough room for dessert! We finished with a dessert wine, which finished the meal perfectly. Would absolutely recommend and can't wait to return.

Excellent vegetarian restaurant with very good and friendly service. (I'm omnivorous and not overly keen on vegetarian food). I really enjoyed this meal altho the strawberry ice cream with the roasted plums didn't really gel. Decaff coffee too milky for my taste do ask for an extra shot. Well worth revisiting!

We saw this place while walking through Ambleside and decided to eat here to end our holiday. The food was incredible and it was great knowing the entire menu is Vegetarian. There aren't many vegetarian only places, so to find one in the middle of Ambleside was a delight. The food, the presentation and the atmosphere were all perfect and we couldn't have asked for better service. Definitely a 10/10 restaurant for us and worth visiting whether you're vegetarian or not
