My first time in Amarillo, and only one shop is open. I asked a question about their coffee, and the women, who said she was the manager started screaming at!"LOOK THATS WHAT WE GOT YOU WANT IT OR NOT? Then aays "I dont have to take this S&%$ and runs off after security. All i did was ask one question and try to make conversation! There is NO care for the customer!

I did a quick search on my Google maps history before writing this review. I have been to about 50 airports and with 100 percent confidence I would say this is the most expensive restaurant. It makes you feel like you went to a foreign country in rural America. I wasn't sure if there prices were in American dollars. I guess that is what you get when there is no competition.

Waited 20 minutes for a simple chicken sandwich, that was nearly $20 with my chips and drink. I was explicit that I did not want any toppings or condiments. Got my sandwich with pickles and cheese on it. The kitchen slip literally said NO PICKLES in red font. Manager was visibly irritated with me when I politely asked for a refund, as I could not wait anymore for them to remake my sandwich. She made it clear I was an inconvenience to her and didn't even offer an apology. I have pretty low standards when it comes to airport customer service, but this was mindblowingly bad. Watched another customer (flight attendant) politely bring back her pizza because it was stone cold while I was waiting in line. The cook snatched it from her and threw it in the oven. Handed it back to her visibly black and burned to a crisp with a straight face. She had waited for 30 minutes for the pizza. She quickly asked for a refund. I should have cancelled my order when I saw this. Lesson learned. I would not encourage other travelers to buy food from here. What an absolute cluster.

Waited 20 minutes for food. Went to ask what was taking so long the guy was making food for God knows who while our orders are sitting there untouched. Its 6am so it wasnt busy. Went to eat the sandwiches and the egg was completely cold. Asked for a refund and the lady didnt know how and her manager wouldnt be in for a few hrs to do it so we are out 20 bucks which is a crazy amount to spend on 2 sandwiches anyway. I'd leave zero stars if I could.

Waited almost 20 mins for 2 breakfast sandwiches and this was with a completely empty airport so they were not busy at all, when I finally got my sandwiches they were both cold, when I try to get a refund the lady on the register just wrote down her managers phone number on a sticky note and told me to call her in a couple of hours because she doesn't know how to do a refund. If you happen to be at the airport in amarillo and you are hungry just stay hungry cuz if you order anything from them you gonna be hungry and mad

skip it. If Thomas is tending the bar leave immediately. perhaps the very worst tacos ever beef or pork only, no chicken. $12.85 Thomas attitude was free. He was just as rude as he was creepy. shredded beef on taco had zero love or flavor prepared with it. They are burning something in the kitchen as I type. I did go and ask for salsa to go in these very dry rendition of tacos and the girl was very nice . I made it a point not to ask Thomas. They are all tired and need to go home. I don't usually throw food away, I threw this away because it was awful and not made with any care .... as their sign indicates. I think they should have a sign that just says "we're only here because we have to be and no one has fired us yet."
