Great place , great food! Definitely a good comfort food dive on a cold weather day.

For being a German style bar I was disappointed in the fact that they didn’t have German beer. They made up for it with authentic potato salad, great sauerkraut, and awesome sausage.

My first visit here... and it was great! I love German food, so I was excited to give these folks a try. The atmosphere is very laid back and comfortable. There is a bar available for those looking for beer or other drinks. The menu is very small and consists mostly of plates with sausage (not surprisingly). I always prefer a restaurant that offers fewer items, but prepares those items well. Gerb's put out a delicious sausage plate. Their sauerkraut was amazing. Looking forward to my next visit!

Best house band in town! Love listening to Next to Kin. They have an amazing sound that not only includes Texas country, but Folk and Americana and a touch of pop. Food is great as well. Sausage and sauerkraut, best I've had in the panhandle.

There may not be much selection on the menu, main attraction of the sausage and sauerkraut will not disappoint. If you are a fan of the Umbarger sausage festival at St Mary's, you will enjoy what Gerb's has to offer. The staff is friendly and the food is delivered quickly.

I really enjoyed the basic brat with cheese and sauerkraut. It's a nice dive atmosphere that I'll definitely hit up again. I wish they were open during the weekdays so I could swing in for lunch!

Love this place, excellent German sausage and sauerkraut, only four out of five stars because they are only open Thursday - Saturday after 5pm.
