Cicis Pizza

This is good pizza for the money. The toppings can be sparse but they will cook you whatever pizza you want for the buffet and will bring you however many pieces of it you want before they put it out in the trough for everyone else. I like the salad bar and the soup. The pasta looked good but I didn't try it. The best thing and the reason for the 4 stars is the cinnamon rolls. They are great. They might get that 5th star out of me if they start putting wings(available for takeout) on the buffet.

For years, I could walk into any Cici's in any city and know that the customer service would be amazing. Multiple people would greet you and at least one person would ask if there's a certain kind of pizza you are looking for on the buffet. Those days are long gone. I've been to this particular Cici's about 7 or 8 times, and while no one was ever disrespectful or rude to me, I get the sense that customers are kind of an inconvenience for most of the employees at this location. When the pizza is fresh, it tastes great, but a lot of the pizza on the buffet seems like it's been left out for quite some time. I will say that the place was clean every time I went, but then again, almost every time I went, there seemed to be more employees than customers.

Great place to eat for kids and adults alike and the little arcade helps too. Also a GREAT location being right beside I-40. They’ve been under new management for a while now and the range of recipes seems to have greatly expanded. My family are loving the new stuff. We’re certainly hoping this change continues and helps keep this restaurant open for years to come.
