Mcdonald's

This place is a madhouse. Your kiosks don't work well and you want people to use them over the counter ordering. Nobody is around to help when needed and people have to wait for your staff to get their head on straight just to get their cups. Your manager is lacking in her customer service. I watched as a man wanted to order from the counter and she turned him away and told him to order with the kiosk even though he was paying with cash. Major fail!

Was disappointed they only have Kiosk for ordering. There was a daughter with her elderly mother that were not from USA. They struggled to place their order. Our order was difficult with all the questions. Sandwich or meal deal? What drink? Sauces? Asked about upsizing. Do you want a meal combo came up twice. Cut the questions out. You should be able to just put in meal number and be done! It asked for a Table Tent? What is that? I had to yell to the back to ask an employee. Answer:"We don't have any. Just put in any numbers"After multiple attempts of putting a number up to 150. Like theinstruction said.It took just #1. A customer told us Hire HUMANS! At least give the elderly, disabled, foreigner, a choice if they want to use Kiosk. Took forever. 1)4 patty was burnt. Allow more than one on br at a time. Awful!
