Kfc

2 stars at the most. I haven't eaten at a KFC in my area for awhile because of how dirty both stores are. Today I went through the drive through, Sat there for over 20 minutes with 2 cars infront. I thought maybe it was because they don't get much business so they only make what they need on hand. Pulled up to the window, no gloves handling the food, and disgusting food handling procedures. The woman working the drive through was very nice, yet their food had been microwaved and maybe 2 stars at most. PA department of Food Safety clearly hasn't been keeping up with keeping up.

Ordered the$30 fill up meal. 24 tenders mashed potatoes and gravy coleslaw and 4 biscuits. After waiting to order and waiting for my food, my packed up order sat on the counter while they delt with some other problem. finally give me my food. I asked for butter and BBQ sauce. Gave me a little bag and I'm out of there.unpacking my food, 6 butter for the biscuits they didn't give me. and 3 BBQ sauce for 24 tenders! After waiting 20-25 minutes, spending $31.80 got ripped again! Everytime I go to this KFC something happens. The other KFC was packed.thats why I went to this one. I think I'm done with them all! Sooo tired of getting ripped off!

I stopped in here with my family, I will never return. We waited at the front of the line for over 5 minutes before being greeted by the cashier. The employees were all standing around talking. I tried to order the kids bites meals pictured on the banner, but was informed that they no longer have those. We then ordered two different kids meals. Then we are informed they they are out of juice boxes. We ordered the rest of our meals and paid. Then we are informed that they are out of extra crispy chicken that my wife ordered, she had to pick something else. Then a few minutes later, they inform us that they are out of the cookies that come with our meals. After my wife complained, they did offer to replace the cookies with some other sides. We got our food to go, when we arrived home, we found that they didn't give us one of the kids meals. They also had gravy on most of the mashed potatoes, even though we ordered them without gravy. They did give us an extra piece of chicken that we didn't order, but it was a breast with bones, not something that my toddler could easily eat in place of good missing meal. If I could give less stars, I would.

This location recently underwent a major facelift, however by view from the drive thru window it is clear the inside, particularly the kitchen area did not receive the same update. Overall the food was fine, about what you would expect. I just felt a little uneasy about a place that seems to have conflicting values.

My friend and I had lunch here. The lunch was decent enough. The order was completed a little incorrect. Not bad enough to complain about and was corrected by the staff. A strange day for my friend and I, and that had nothing to do with KFC. A very talkative fella opened the door for us here. An appointment started this strange day. An appointment that was scheduled at the wrong address. The doctor moved recently...we arrived at the address given to find out they were no longer there. That's how we ended up at this KFC. Another friend was coming to get us. We stopped here for lunch. While eating... crash!! An accident at the intersection. We both went and talked to the people after making sure they were not injured.
