I paid for a 3 piece fish meal - pricey, so I was very disappointed when I got all the way home b/c not only were there only 2 pieces of fish, there was a container of warm gravy in my box instead of tartar sauce! I never buy a meal w/gravy b/c I’m allergic to products containing dairy. The only way to have satisfied customers is to make it right for them when you mess it up. No one answers the phone either. Maybe the Mgr will reply to this post…

Husband went there last night and got very sick after eating steak fingers, fries & gravy. I'd blame in on the gravy. He liked his dinner - but it's not worth getting sick!!

I normally don't eat at dq and now I remember why. I paid $15 to have cold, stale fries. 2 of my 6 pc. chicken strips were more the size of chicken nuggets, they forgot to give me my drink. AND they didn't give me a spoon for my sundae. I'm staying in a hotel so don't have access to silverware, so that's fun!

Ordered a chocolate malt, sat at the drive up window for 10 minutes, cars backed up to the highway behind me, finally the window opens and kid tries to hand me a med coke and vanilla shake. Told him it was the wrong order and he argues with me that's not, back and forth,
got me so riled I didn't think to show him the receipt. Between the wait and his attitude I said the heck with this and drove off. Never going back.

I ordered steak finger basket and got half of the little bittie cup of gravy all I wanted was for him to at least fill it up since I did order the 6 piece meal he wanted to charge me .86 cents. I know what's .86 cents but I paid 15.00 for my meal at least give me a full little cup of gravy.

It's difficult not to live DQ. The burgers are more than acceptable and the iced treats are delish!!
OK so it's a little old and could do with a refresh but it's a perfect place for a quick meal before hitting the road again!

Dairy Queen- My visit here at this DQ was basic. I rarely come to Dairy Queen in Alpine because the service is really slow, the food is pricy, and the place is not sanitary at all. I like the blizzards though! Save your receipt, do an online survey and get a free dilly bar.

Everyone very helpful and got order quick. All food was really good- hot and tasty.
