I come to this location once every few weeks to work for the afternoon. Brooke is generally working on the days I've come in, and every interaction I observe of hers is so positive, kind, and thoughtful. Brooke is considerate to her coworkers and the patrons that come in. I observed her helping a new employee train the cash register, answering questions patiently and never getting frustrated, even when she was busy making orders. Brooke was happy to give two teens water multiple times, and even happily gave them a puppucino for their dog. Her patience and joy are contagious. Thank you for brightening my afternoons, Brooke. You're doing awesome!

Beware, this is the worst location in the area for good baristas and service. The last several months, regardless of what the drink is, it is made wrong. They repeat the order back to you a few times and still get the size wrong or the actual mix ratios wrong. There is clearly lack of experienced oversight and management with new employees. TASTE YOUR DRINK before you pull away. Check it good! I asked for a black tea lemonade sweetened and the response I received was “sweetened with what?”. What we actually got was mainly all black tea and a splash of lemonade, not sweetened. It was a waste of $5 because we tasted it after we pulled out of line and didn’t want to wait 40 minutes to get it corrected. The cafe was closed for a repair and we couldn’t go in. So another location made it right for us and told us they are getting so many customers from the Bethany Bend location due to these types of issues. I understand staffing problems and hour changes during this time, but where is the management ensuring drinks know how to be made? At what point does management take responsibility and work more hours to get this right? This used to be a nice treat and it’s disappointing. I’m saving $ though!
