I ordered white rice and teriyaki chicken but the rice is not completely cooked. Rice has crumbs when chewing them.
This what I found in chowmain order from the other time.

Need I say anything? Upsetting when I don’t get my white rice, yeah may not be a huge deal but attention to detail is big especially in the food industry. Tried calling twice, no answer.. so I left a bad survey review for feedback. My DoorDash lady also gave me the worst look. I said thank you and she looked at me in disgust. I think it was bc I thought I had tipped but realized I didn’t, and wish I could go back to edit my tip and add it in, but unfortunately Panda doesn’t give you that option. I was afraid to eat my food bc I thought she may have spit in it.

What a let down. You can be vaccinated but this store won’t let you order without a mask or Eat in their store. Did they not hear the confusing CDC ? No seats only 10 people in store at a time. I used to eat at panda 3 to 4 times a month but now I know why I haven’t been there in over a year. I’ll take my dollars somewhere else. If only the people in the store had been nice and not rude I would not have walked out! Avoid Panda Express! Sad to say that

Had cashier to wait on me that truly spoke NO ENGLISH! She couldn't understand anything I said, or ask for. Why would Management have anyone meeting and greeting their clientele that couldn't communicate in English...we are in America, not Hong Kong.

The customer service here is terrible. They did not greet me when I walked in. I asked for a veggie bowl. She only put 3 pieces of broccoli in it and when I asked if she could put more she sighed and did it with an attitude. When it was time to check out, I asked for sweet and sour sauce to go with my spring roll and they gave me teriyaki sauce. When I mentioned to them I asked for sweet and sour, the lady blew her breath and grabbed my sauce with an attitude.
on another note for panda express, this is not the first location I have been to where the brown rice is crunchy. Also, there needs to be an option for fried rice without eggs.

We visit this place often, there are not much Chinese fast food options out there which worth the price. My kids love “walnut shrimps”, my favorite is “kung pao chicken” and “Beijing beef”. Overall this restaurant gives you value for money and have good customer service plus clean place and bathrooms.

Went there to grab a quick spring roll for my kids in a hurry and forgot to bring my wallet with me. surprisingly they take Venmo. I presented my QR code (show to pay) they scanned it and it went through, super fast and convenient.
