I would give zero stars if I could! I am a delivery driver and there is clearly a note on the door if you’re a delivery driver to ring the doorbell and nobody answers and they’re wasting your time. They have no respect for the fact that we are self-employed and not getting paid to wait around and this is a huge issue. Their sign is incorrect and they should have a sign that says they will take you through the drive-through

Multiple instances of wrong product served. Recent experience worst ever. Told to go to window 2 fir order pickup. No employee present. After getting their attention and informing them of time constraint. The employee said "you supposed to be where other car is. She then closed the window and walked away. Personally will NEVER patronize this store again!

I'm not sure what's happened. This location was definitely an improvement on service and drive through over the location at Cedar Hills Crossing (same franchisee I think based on the store's outdoor art) but recently has fallen. I've had some slow service visits and this last one we had a real hiccup on a Sunday evening. I still miss McDonalds selling things like the fruit and yogurt parfait, salads, any side option besides french fries, and all day breakfast.

I don’t know why, I have gone here 6 times! Every time they messed up my order one way or another. I decided it would just get some fries today. They gave me the worst fries a person can imagine. They were old and way too salty. When I asked them if they have anything vegetarian they said nothing. I said what about fries. They said it has oil in them. I said is the oil not vegetarian. She said she has no idea. I said can I talk to anyone that knows. She said she is the manager. When I asked for ketchup they looked at me like I asked for someones head. Can I please work their and improve their service! Because no one should be working like that!
