Ordered through the app for in-store pickup. I assumed it would be busy but it wasn't too bad. I did another order in store since I had a coupon. The lady at cash was great, and the barista he made both drinks on point. I honestly go to a lot of different Starbucks and I was very pleased with my orders. In store was very clean as well at the bathrooms.

Wow, the Barista station is spotless!! I have rarely seen a Starbucks so well organized behind the counter. The team here seems to take great pride in their work.
The merch here was seasonally up to date, and the patio was large and operating, with socially distanced tables and artful signs.

Today Starbucks motto was not the case at this location.
In everything we do, we are always dedicated to Our Mission: to inspire and nurture the human spirit – one person, one cup, and one neighborhood at a time.
The customer service was horrible. Not customer focused.
Today I tried to order the mango dragon fruit drink. They did not have the dragon fruit. I asked to substitute it with another fruit. She said no. It's company policy.
I was shocked with her answer and unfriendly Starbucks approach.
I have never ran into this issue. They always tried to substitute or they have not sold the drink.
Very poor customer service not only from the agent that took the order. But also management for not having the product/ stock available.
Please train the staff to use a more customer friendly tactic when speaking with customers when a product is not available. Using its company policy is a cheap way of throwing the corporation under the bus.
I would like a manager to contact me.

I’m not sure if this place knows what LIGHT ICE is. I have even been told before that for the new iced brown sugar oat shaken espresso that if I wanted light ice they wouldn’t be able to fill the cup up or they would have to charge me extra for more oat milk. The drink itself is already more expensive compared to drinks on the menu which use regular whole milk. I ordered something different but pretty comparable and asked for LIGHT ICE and of course I paid my extra 80 cents for my almond milk and yet this morning I still got an entire venti cup filled with ice. Top to bottom. I would think that a drink that costs me 7$ because of my dietary restrictions I would actually get a decent amount of milk. Any other Starbucks I have visited has never told me I’ll be charged extra for more milk if I wanted light ice for this specific drink. Whenever I do visit this particular Starbucks I never get a “hello how are you” or a “thank you have a nice day”. Makes the experience just feel cold and intimidating…
Update:
June 24/2022 out for a nice walk with husband and puppy and we go grab a drink. I walk in to look at the new cups, no one says hi or hello. Feel invisible for about 3 mins and again I know there are only two people behind the counter but I’m also the only customer in the store other than someone sitting down. A “hello, we will be right with you” would have been acceptable….Asked for light ice in both of my $6 beverages and again 3/4 of my cup is full of ice. For a drink that costs 6$ plus taxes I would appreciate more oat milk than ice. I didn’t pay for the ice.
Tonight just solidified my decision to stay away from this Starbucks. Their prices are also more than other stores. Same drink in Barrie cost $5.95 but cost 6.25 here….

It hurts me to write such a bad review given that I've had plenty of good experiences here, but this particular instance has certainly turned me away from ever returning.
On top of receiving the wrong drink order today, I watched as the employee who handled my food, change the garbage, and not wash their hands before they finished the preparations of my food.
I visit this Starbucks several times a week and the staff have always been so pleasant to me. Unfortunately I am not comfortable returning knowing such food handling practices are taking place.

All baristas at this location show genuine happiness t while servicing all customers. Very friendly staff no matter what time of day you go. Thank you to the team for always showing so much love to our pups, Draco and Lucky!

Everyone in the Starbucks is very sweet but the one worker named liz gave me a very hard time when I asked for cream cheese after I had already ordered on the mobile app. I was happy to take the packet and pay the extra charge, but she gave me a lecture, scoffed at me, and rolled her eyes. I’ve never had a bad experience at the Starbucks in alliston, everyone is very friendly but this one older women made it a negative experience.

You would have to re-define the word "SLOW" to really capture the speed of service. Asked for ice in my drink too cool it down, was handed a drink that was boiling lava hot. I've been through this drive thru many times. It's terrible 90% of the time. Not sure why I keep trying...
