I went there this afternoon and a young man named Avery was working the drive thru and window. He was fantastic and deserves a raise! Super friendly, made good donut suggestions for my kid and was very nice. I will definitely go here again because of him!

Nice workers but it seemed like they were training young family members. I think the young female who made my milkshake has no idea what she was doing and out way too much milk it and watered down the milkshake. Also tasted like the milk was spoiled or something but I’ve had good milkshakes here so it was definitely dependent on whoever makes you the shake.

My first time using and ordering from the Dunkin Donuts App and I had just added 2 gift cards. I had no clue what to do. Was trying to order ahead so I could just pick up and go on my way home from shopping.
What really upsets me is this store's lack of respect for this customer. Went to the counter told the woman I ordered ahead and she said my order didn't come through.
I was pleasant and explained it was my first time just got the app and gift cards. She then looked at my phone said she didn't know what there was she could do to help me....and then said I have to go because I have customers waiting. (The drive through) oh what was I? How did she know I didn't want to pay cash? Just toss me away...NEVER EVER AGAIN IN THIS STORE!

Stopped for breakfast. Employee's seem to be friendly. Not to busy when I arrived so I got out quickly. Looked clean inside.

Fast service even with a line in from of me in the drive-thru. Tried their pumpkin cold brew iced coffee cuz right now in app they have a special of a medium pumpkin latté or cold foam iced brew for $3. Honestly not sure of the pumpkin flavor. But also got my fav large frozen coffee which I got for free w/ my beverage rewards in app. So I made out today. Very happy. The Baristas were very nice & kind.

So this is my favorite dunkin bc they have the cappuccino blasts. Very delicious btw but I've noticed they have questionable customer service. Everytime I come they're rushing which is understandable in this time of covid but being deliberately rude is unnecessary. I asked some gentleman there for some straws, the first 2 times he ignored me and I was patient bc then he started speaking to his coworker about an order. So I proceed to wait and then finally say excuse me and then he comes over. I ask him for 3 straws. He hands me 2 and walks away, I said excuse me I asked for 3 straws and he kept walking away, I said hello and he came back and gave me the straw then. Like what was this guy's deal? I work customer service and I would never treat someone like that.

They took forever to take my order, people were cutting in line and no one was saying anything. And on top of it,she put the wrong drink in and I received the wrong drink.
