Caffe Promenade

Favorite cafe ever! Best donuts ever! Their icings are so yummy and I don’t think I would think to say that about another donut shop. But the strawberry and chocolate ones are my FAV! Okay but mostly, their hot chocolate is THE BEST EVER! You have to try it Blended! Or more commonly called Frozen Hot Chocolate! I have never tried a hot chocolate recipe that is like this one! They better never close cause I need this in my life. I also love their Peach or Mango Snows in the summer! They also have yummy cake and cheesecake (when available). The inside is BEAUTIFUL. I’ve been going since they opened when I was in high school.

This place is amazing. They have the best donuts ever: the bread is fluffy and dense, not overcooked or greasy with lots of air pockets. The chocolate is rich and delicious, and the cream filling in the chocolate eclair is smooth and perfect. (Have I encouraged you to get a donut yet? ;)) Seriously, this is hands down the best donut shop around, and I have tried several. The ambiance is also warm and inviting. The staff is always pleasant, and it is very clean. They are also taking very good measures during this trying time: The staff wear masks, and their drive-thru window remains open for orders. They also have a tray they use to extend food to you from the window for “no touch” acceptance. I can clearly see that Caffe Promenade is run be people who truly care, not only about the quality of their donuts and beverages, but also for the safety of their staff and their customers. 🙂
