Ordered through UberEats, and I cannot blame the driver for the missing ingredients on the sandwich, and the incorrect kids meal I received.
I did not receive any communication about the missing items. So maybe they were out? No idea. For all I know the store was bombarded with elves and fairies and they stole only the cheeses from the store.
Anyway, the sandwich is really bland and the fruit in the kids meal looked sad. Not recommended, might as well go to Subway.

SPICY SURF & TURF - Awesomeness
Even the cook propped up the the ingredients when he finished making it. 1st 1/2 was a really good lunch, and the 2nd half will be a great dinner too!

It's not often I rate one star but this is the fourth time I ordered two hours ahead of time only to have to wait ANOTHER hour once I got to the restaurant (for takeout). This place is consistently slow and I don't mean "waiting 20 min for a sandwich", I mean "waiting AN HOUR AND 45 MINS for a sandwich". Absolutely absurd. I wish my family didn't love their food or that they had competitors.

Do not order from this place from a food delivery app, if you want to get your food even remotely close to the time its supposed to be there. The employees that work at this location are ridiculously slow and have a non caring attitude about doing there job in any kind of timely manner.

Ordered the cheesesteak, not the best sandwich. First time I have ordered the fries, really good fries. The tables were mostly dirty and the bathroom wasn’t clean. The restaurant has gone down hill slightly.

First time visit, great concept, great sandwich, slow service. The inside pick-up area is not conducive to safe social distancing. Outdoor eating area.

Bahn Mi sandwich wasn't terrible or great. Just...meh. The problem was that it was absolutely nothing like a real Bahn Mi. You order something with a very specific title referring to a Vietnamese street sandwich you expect that item. It was just odd they never did any research into the name before using it on one of their sandwiches.
