I placed an order for a dozen donuts.The cashier was super nice,and had a laugh together.I am still laughing,cause it was funny!I picked up my donuts the next day,and the manager was very nice, professional,and service was excellent!
I will definitely be back!

The guy there who I’m assuming is the owner of this location is extremely rude. He’s literally yelling and rushing everyone at the drive through. He’s even made racist remarks at my sister before while ordering. Seems like they don’t have enough employees either since they’re always taking way too long to give orders out. Won’t be returning.

The drive thru service is not the best. When taking order, the staff member is almost yelling at you. They rush you to order. Sometimes they don’t even let you finish talking!

Got a cold brew here and sucked it down before my trip to Michigan. Nice and smooth, and it wasn't burned (unlike another really large coffee chain). Line was long, but I got through fast.

They messed up my donut orders two days in a row. I wouldn’t have written a bad review about it but the Latina lady’s bad attitude about the situation is enough to want to make me write one. Indian guy is very polite though.

I order a bacon egg and cheese on a plain bagel with an order of hash browns the girls there are too lazy they saiythe ovens are off. Ask for a hot coffee and they gave it to me cold

The owner needs to be arrested for treating customers with disrespect he is so rude and Disrespectful he can’t even speak English right it’s sad that he is Indu and he comes this country to treat the people of his own kind bad he offends people horribly you ask him for a straw or a napkin and he looks at you like are you gonna pay for this because it’s costing me money someone needs to shut down his business it is unfair the way he treats his employees and he treats the customers.

Order was quick and accurate. Not long of a wait to get my order. Plenty of in-store dining area. The tables are wiped down and cleaned often. The cashiers and staff are friendly. Handicapped parking access is available as well as a handicapped entrance through the main door. Drive through service is available. Convenient to access since a traffic light is right at the entrance off of Algonquin road.
