This store is absolutely amazing! The staff are super friendly and really helpful. Yes, there was a bit of a line but it's to be expected. Mind you I did get charged for the wrong order which the young lady was quick to catch, apologize and refund me for. Hey mistakes happen and I'm in no hurry so no blood no foul. Plus I did get my drink for free cause of the incident, but otherwise it was an overall positive experience. Definitely recommend coming here if you in the area or passing by.

Today was the second time going through the drive-thru where they told me there was a national outage of white mocha. It is also the second time that I've just gone down the street to the Lake in the Hills Starbucks and somehow, miraculously they had white mocha! So over this store's customer service anyway! I won't be back

It is a hit or miss at this location, and lately there have been a lot of misses. Between the poor drinks they make, the attitude, I’m convinced I won’t be coming back to this location. For the amount of money you have to spend I’d take the attitude but with a decent coffee not a crummy attitude and crummy coffee. If there are improvements I won’t be back to see it.

Using the app makes it a ton easier. Let me explain. Order the drink when you leave your house. Drive to the shop. BOOM ITS READY! I'm giving them an A+++++.

I am not happy. I had a birthday drink added to my gold card. I arrived at 9:00pm at the drive thru and was disappointed the Starbucks Drive Thru was already closed. I assumed atleast the drive thru would be open. The Birthday gift drink cannot be used the next day or any other day. I work overnight at a local hospital at 10pm and was so disappointed. ☹️

I sent my husband to get a box of coffee for my son's birthday party. He was told they have to make a fresh brew. After 15 min of waiting, he went up and ask, one of the staff told him someone forgot to press the start bottom to brew! So waited another 15 min, when he was handed with the coffee, the staff told him "you know you can always order in the app ahead of time". Sure, but how about some apologies for the long wait?

I genuinely love this Starbucks. The baristas are quick and nice and know what they are doing. I’ve messed up my own order a couple of times and they have been very helpful. Also today I was a bit confusing and the barista was really helpful about it. It seems like a tough job
