Mcdonald's

Terrible customer service. Every time I go on late nights, the manager and an older lady at the cashier serve me with much disrespect. The older lady doesn't have any respect when she takes the order and throws the food at me, and shuts the window on my face. She won't listen to you if you ask for sauce or anything. And the manager treats us with the same attitude and smash/squeeze our receipt paper and bills like a stress ball. I asked him not to fold the first time politely and took my receipt, but the same exact thing happened on my subsequent visits. I asked him to change my receipt, and he yelled and told me to take the receipt. But when he saw I was recording him on my phone, he went back, changed the receipt, threw it on my face, and cussed me with a foreign language (I can provide the video recording if needed). When I went home and checked my food, he gave me an almost empty pack of fries. I thought their attitude was personal, but when I went through the reviews, the same manager and cashier had been giving a hard time to other customers. This level of poor customer service is not expected from McDonald's and will ruin your business unless you take necessary action.

The manager on duty at the drive thru line was beyond nasty. Maybe he had a bad day or something but the employee that he was talking down to and telling me, as a customer, that the other employee didn't know anything (when it was clear the manager didn't know anything). I have a feeling this is normal and there is a high turnover but I hope I'm completely wrong.

By far worse place for customer service, made an online order. Both workers Patricia and acting manager gave me a hard time the. Tried to make me pay again. I tried giving code and showing address and everything and it’s like talking to a wall. And best to top it off the manger was freaking out when I ask for his name and he didn’t have right it when I ask. Worse freaking place
