Baja Fresh

This location has seen better days. The food has always been okay and it has a prime lunch stop in this shopping center so it would make sense it upgrade the vibe some. Now I know the entire world is short staffed but over the past four years this place has less and less attention to basics like clean eating area. The food has not change much but with so many other similar food options, I would be surprised if this places makes it to 2023. When we stopped by most of the seating area was sectioned off and even that side of the restaurant was not clean. The windows, doors, counters, tables.. sigh sad to say will not be returning

I have had bad experience with google maps saying baja fresh is open, then getting there to find the store is closed, as in closed permanently. So I called ahead to make sure that they were actually open, and they said yes. When I got there, they had a sign on the front door that said they were accepting online orders only and that they were actually closed. That’s why I spent all that time sitting in Alexandria traffic. This entire chain is permanently off my list.

If I could give a negative I would! One star is too good! They have the rudest employees I have ever seen. I found hair in my granddaughter's dinner. I was in the restroom washing her hands and one of the employees was in there and walked out with out washing there hands. When I complained about the hair and wanted my money back for that meal the person behind the counter making the food with gloves on came around and was speaking in a different language, laughing and shaking her head. The other lady said it wasn't from that meal. I said that's the only quesadilla we had. I eventually got my money back after 5 minutes of them laughing like it was a joke. I went back in to get my receipt from my original order and was told I couldn't have it and I could take a picture with so I did. The lady behind the counter making food with the same gloves was still running her mouth in a different language. I could have spent the same amount I did here at a restaurant and got decent service and good food. Sad to say you can't get either of that here.

Filthiest restaurant I've ever had the displeasure of trying to eat. We ordered our food and then tried to find a clean table, but that wasn't possible. It looked like no one had cleaned for many days despite the fact they had only been open an hour and no one was there. The highchair was super sticky with food still all over it. So nasty! To top it off, the chips were stale. Stay away!
