Chili's

Where my lunch ended up today. I hate wasting food but it was very dry and cold, hard as rock tortilla no flavor and bland. No sour cream or pico like the website said it came with. My Caesar salad was brownish Roman and croutons no cheese. I called and spoke the mgr and he try to tell me the lunch portion doesn't come with sour cream and pico. Check the website it does, don't do well with lying. Anyway never going there for lunch again. Thanks for nothing chilli's.

We go to this location often as it’s close to our home. When we went for lunch we got seated near the bar and had Cheryl as our server. She’s pushy and always rushes and has an attitude. My sons food was rubbery chicken with Luke warm French fries. My Tex mex bowl was horrid. Cold chicken and I had nasty lettuce. Unfortunately the server I enjoy having wasn’t working that day. I enjoy having Chloe. She takes her time and is absolutely sweet. Is always making sure our drinks are filled and our food is always great.

I typically love Chili’s. Today I got a Togo order for my entire family and we were all utterly disappointed! We ordered quesadillas and they were mostly tortillas. There was barely any meat and they were burnt tortillas at that! Come on guys. I can’t believe someone even had the audacity to prepare my order this way. 🤬🤬🤬

I really try to look past bad service these days seeing as how everyone is short staffed! Our waitress was extremely slow...slow to get drinks, straws, etc. Might I add, it was only myself and my 10 year old daughter! I dealt with all of that just fine! The deal breaker was when I leave money on the table, with a 20% tip, might I add, and I'm almost to my truck and she runs out the door making a scene telling me I didn't pay my bill!!!!! I walked right back in the restaurant, with her on my heels, picked my money up off of the table, in plain sight, and looked at her...she said oh. Really?!?!? Oh!!!!! How about an I'm sorry for causing a scene and making you look like you walked out without paying. I'm wishing now I had taken the tip off the table with me when I left the 2nd time! And, just going to throw this out there, she was right beside my table when I laid the money down and got up, gathered my purse, and walked toward the door!

I don't know what's going on with chili's I use to love going there. But after yesterday I don't think we will ever go back. I got the chicken tacos had no idea it would be an ice cold item. It was like the chicken was cooked ahead and stored in the cooler also me rice was crunchy like it was dried out from the heat lamp. My wife had a starter boneless chicken smothered in queso where the chicken nuggets where very hard like a rock and chewy and dry. My daughter liked her meal she had some quesadillas. Also our server was a bit on the rude side bad attitude. But there was one person who loved the food I brought home that was my dog. Not sure if we will ever go back to this establishment.
