The only reason this goes above one star is because the food was actually really good, all of it fresh
Went there in the morning for the last day of our holiday road trip for some breakfast before going home.
Of course, going to McDonalds isn’t the first choice if you’re wanting quality and consistently great customer service, but it seemed like either everyone was hungover or didn’t want to be there.
I don’t expect workers to be the happiest people alive in a fast food workplace but a ‘hello’ wouldn’t hurt, your job is literally customer service.

25 yr old Jess who mainly does cafe should be put forward for management. Her personal skills are excellent friendly bubbley professional. She also remembers my coffee order and makes it perfect every time 😊😊

This maccas was not good. Going through the drive through we were yelled at through the loud speaker and had to explain our very simple order about 5 times and it still was incorrect. When handed the bag it was crumpled with cold chips.

We waited 25 minutes for our meal. 2 girls were chatting away and when hubby asked about our meal - she said oh I don’t know and went looking and found it sitting over near the chips. Came back and said sorry. Hubby had to ask for our drinks. Meal was cold. Not happy will not return.

I don't eat food at this place but got involved in ordering via the screens for someone else. In the end we had to get assistance to place the order which was finally delivered correctly after four returns and re-tries! What a poor user experience!

This has got to be my last maccas from albury store. Classic Angus meal was more than lacking ingredients. The meat pattie was dry and chewy. And the chips were luke warm and limp. At 4pm?? After high school are released !!?? Is it so hard to STIR the sugar into the coffee?

I have never had a worse experience at any McDonald's restaurant. The server had no idea on where a lot of the items were on the register and was unable to modify a burger to suit my daughter's dietary requirements and told me to remove things by hand even though I'd mentioned the requirement. When the server asked for assistance from other team members no one would help her. She was very rude to us, so l cancelled the order and left.

Worst experience ever it seems like the people taking the order at the speaker box are more interested in what they going to do on the weekend and actually using their listening ears and listening to what the customer is telling them
I ordered a pretty simple thing of the menu a sausage and cheese muffin add two slices of bacon and an extra slice of cheese pretty simple the girl taking the money at the window seemed rude but with a smile on her face get to the last window and they pretty much throw the bag at me I get up onto the freeway to head back towards Melbourne direction only to find out that my sausage McMuffin had egg on it which I can’t eat and didn’t actually have any sausage on it at all
Maybe management should actually train their staff probably as this was a stuff up bye the ordering window and the kitchen
And when I tried to call the store six times to get some kind of rectification no one answers the phone it just keeps ringing and ringing I’ve been to a lot of Maccas all over Australia and this is probably one of the worst apart from Canberra
