Poor excuse of service here.
First time in drive thru it took over 30 minutes
Tonight on menulog and items missing, I call the restaurant and the girl at McDonald’s tells me to drive down to collect !! Considering I’ve paid a delivery fee and service fee and cost of item
Hopeless
Train your staff, you are all over the shop

I would add 5 stars if they improved their presentation and plus the low effort they put on their coffees and hamburgers and other food is gross but anything from those problems their alright I suppose

Very unhappy with the customer service I got tonight when I rang Lavington Macca's, Not only did i Not get what I ordered thru Menulog. A worker told me it wasnt their problem and to take it up with Menulog and that could take weeks, but how do you Miss two large Chocolate Sundays that at least 10$. Thanks for upsetting my child and your Careless attitude, much appreciated.

Bad service , waited ages,. food cold . Person at front putting chips ect into boxes didn't have cloves on. Asked for large chips with a happy meal was told could not do it. Will not be going again .

Place used to be fast, now just slow as, one manager always going off at crew and clearly they dont want to work with her as they try to avoid her when she comes around to front counter… what a joke this place is now

They're improving with not getting orders wrong. Only complaint I have is there's always a ketchup, mustard or oil on the boxes &/or bag. Customer service is good.
