Shout out to Leanthoney, 5 star employee right there! He was very friendly when he took our order, checked on us after our food was at the table and was cleaning when there no one there to order food. Great employee in my opinion. The food was good, burgers and fries were hot and cheese was melted. Very clean restaurant. Way to go Wendy’s!

Update as of Sep 1, 2023 I had the pleasure of grabbing some Wendy's from the drive-thru while Abby was working again, and just like my previous visit, Abby was delightfully friendly, despite the late hour. My food was HOT and FRESH, so kudos to the cooks tonight as well. Thanks again for a great experience, Abby and co.! __ I stopped by this Wendy's late on a Wednesday (circa. 10pm) after work. Abby (Abigail), the cashier, took my order and helped me at the window, and let me just say, she absolutely radiates friendliness and premiere customer service. She was wonderfully kind and energetic, and I would never guess this was an employee who probably just worked all day and is getting near closing; she was upbeat and fast with service, all with a smile. The kitchen prepared fresh French fries for my order - great extra detail! My Wendy's was tasty and fresh hot, too. Splendid after-work snack that tasted even better because of the sweet service! Would go to this location just for Abby's 10/10 service again!

My name is Mireya Magana and this is my favorite fast food place to stop at when I’m in ABQ. I live in Rio Rancho with my parents but I work in ABQ and I always stop in for some delicious sea salt fries and a big cup of chili. 5 star service and the manager David is an all around class act. I suggest you check out this location (and my OF :3).

Came thru the drive thru today not sure who all was working but two lovely ladies said hi to my dog and gave him a little patty and they were beyond sweet and courteous and they got my order and everyone else’s out really hot and quick. I love coming across good people like you guys and I hope that the world keeps blessing you with great things. Keep being awesome and keep making people smile. Big thanks from my dog Papi too, he’s so happy! The order number was 3093 and the host Abigail, so everyone working today around 3:30.. yall rock so hard

I just had the best experience I've ever had at a fast food place. I just went to the wendys location on San Mateo at about 6:15pm on November 18th. I did not catch the very kind woman's name working the drive through but she is by far the happiest and friendliest food service worker I've ever encountered.

Not crowded but had steady customers. Loretta at the register. Nice lady. She came out and asked the customers how their meal was. Hamburger with bacon was very good, fries were warm. Dr. Pepper ok. Place was clean, even the men's bathroom. Appears that the employees are good at what they do. I'll eat here again.
