Quarters Bbq

God I wish this wasn't the last one open! I have been going to Quarters since before I was born! We always make it a family celebration spot! We have gotten the same thing my whole life and I wouldn't change a thing! Coleslaw, fries, onion rings, ribs, toast, and now okra!!! The food is always on point, staff are efficient and nice! Quarters is always the place to go for ribs!

I'll always remember the day about 25 years ago when my father introduced me to the very cool circular bar/dining area at this location. At the time it seemed like an authentic haunt for Lobos of all ages, plus the barbecue was supremely good. I only ever order one thing when I go to the Quarters, whether to dine in at their auspicious location or for take away: the Italian Steak Sangwich with onion rings. I like my meat well done. Their hot links are some of the most sweetly piquant in town. Even though the dining area awaits the end of the pandemic, as do we all, The food at Quarters is still top notch. We've ordered three times in the past couple of months and it is damn good as ever.

I have been here many times on different days, but Thursdays are 60 cent wing days. I prefer the bone-in over the boneless, but both are 60 cents each. With the level of service and fun in this place, add $3 domestic and $4 premium beers and it's good value too; it would easily be a 5 star-easily. However, this visit I asked - as I always do - to make my wings extra, extra, extra crispy, but either the waitress did not tell the cook or he/she didn't bother to pay attention. In fact, I hope this isn't the level they normally cook to because they were awful, so bad I could not finish them. We (my guest and I) tried to get the manager over, but they were very busy. Maybe that's why the wings were under-cooked, not anywhere near my extra crispy instructions. Having said that, they do have great BBQ, and some of the best BBQ sauce I've ever had, plus the atmosphere is always an upbeat and fun type.

Went there for a company party. There had to have been close to 40 of us. Had quite a selection of beer and wine. Onion rings and french fries were excellent. The turkey brisket was good the ribs are better the chicken was good. Do not know of the price as it was taken care of by our company. And it had a full bar and ample parking

I have been coming here to eat before Lobo games since I was a child. My father would bring me here to eat then we would head to the game. I recently was visiting NM and had to stop in for dinner. The food was great but not to die for. The service was on point and the atmosphere was absolutely perfect! This may not be the best BBQ place in town but it’s damn good food with damn good service and cold drinks!

This was my first time visiting this Quarters. I stopped in for lunch and the service was extremely prompt. The gentleman at the bar helped me to a seat right away and my food was prepared very quickly. To top it all off, the food was delicious! I had the Jack's Special sandwich and they accommodated my request for green chile and bacon without question. I will definitely be going back!
