The Vincent

We visited The Vincent for the very first time late one afternoon and had a few drinks and nibbles at the bar which was great and the wait staff that served us was very nice and friendly. It was relatively quiet at this time but I could imagine that it would be a lot busier later in the evening as it's a popular hotel with locals. All up, we had an enjoyable experience.

Food and atmosphere lovely, Staff friendly and doing their best. The venue was so understaffed today we took 2.5 hours to get our meals and at least 7 people in our party did not get the drinks they ordered. I assumed that they were short-staffed due to staff shortages but we were informed that all the staff rostered were at work. Whoever owns this hotel needs to respect their staff and customers better and staff it accordingly. It’s a shame but we will never return and we were a very patient party of 26

I had my 30th birthday in the Atrium Bar at this place. The room was beautifully decorated with flowers as they just started bottomless brunch. The Atrium bar was close to bathroom and it also had its own little bar area through the window. Most importantly, it was spacious enough to host 50 guests. The email correspondence was a little slower than I expected but they answered every single question with detailed information so I didn’t have to go back and forth. On the day, they allowed me to come in earlier than contracted hours to decorate the space, and all the staff members including the manager Fernanda were really friendly and helpful. Fernanda even brought extra TV screen to play my photos as the other TV that was attached to the wall wasn’t working properly. All my guests said they really enjoyed the night and kept asking how I had found the place as they liked the ambience, food and service. I would totally recommend the space to anyone who looks for a venue for any kind of events. Thanks for making my special day great.

I organised a school community event to be held at The Vincent, our numbers exceeded expectation and Yohan and his team found a solution with nothing being too much trouble. The service was exceptional, the food impressed parents and students and a wonderful evening was had by all. I highly recommend this venue!
