Mcdonald's

I do not recommend stopping at this McDonald’s for anything. Every time I have gone here there’s always something wrong with my food. The last time I went there this is what my hashbrown looked like and they took a bite out of my son‘s pancake put it on the bottom of the pile so that I didn’t see it until I got home and then when we called them they proceeded to hang up on us twice when we tried to tell them about what had happened. We’ve also gotten a big Mac from there a couple weeks ago that only had the lettuce and sauce on it with no patties that they charged full price for when we asked for nothing to be different with it. The last picture is of the bag and how much grease soaked into it and they sent it out like this. This place is awful. Do not spend your money here.

I get that fast food is hard right now, but there are some folks that are still happy and up-beat... these were not those people. With much correction and yelling into the microphone to be heard, we were able to get our order placed... the guy who took our money was the least friendly person I've dealt with in awhile and the girl at the food window, who originally took our order seemed a bit lost. And this was at a slow time

This five-star rating amongst a sea of silly complaints, (mostly about the wait in line,) was awarded to the McDonald's team on Pacific Blvd. for the exemplary customer service provided by Jacob! We were greeted in a genuine way. Jacob's lighthearted style of helping us through our order in an efficient manner was impressive. Along with that Jacob demonstrated the quick-thinking skills of a great experience specialist by solving my problem for me. I was trying to request extra ice for my drink but not brimming full. Immediately, Jacob suggested a solution, "how about I give you an extra cup of ice and you can get it just the way you like it?" Making things easier for a customer makes memorable impressions. Jacob, thank you for making that visit great! Along with that the burgers were hot and tasty. This store is always nice to walk into and order because people are pleasant and professional. (and to the negative folks who expect a lot in these crazy times...don't be so hard on workers in the fast food industry the long waits in line, they are trying their best most of the time and often have to deal with unexpected lack of staff...they have rough days and they have good days, lets all be kind)
