Arby's

Such genuinely wonderful people working at this Arby's location, I've always been greeted with a smile. Plus the drive thru moves at a good pace. My food was fresh and made with care. Other fast food restaurants should take notes from them on customer service. Wish I lived a little bit closer to this location.

Nice people but NEVER purchase their expensive items. The basic sandwiches that just require one meat, lettuce, tomatoes is usually good and the chicken is okay. But for this trip I decided to purchase the Big Kahuna and that was a big mistake. The sandwich by itself was a little over $8 with no sides. It looked nothing like the picture. I thought since I had to wait for it to be cooked that it would be prepared better. The flavors did not mesh well either. However the customer service is always great to me the few times that I come.

Online it says open till 10:00 I work late and I have gotten off twice now right before 7:00 p.m. and gone to Arby's 2 days in a row. Yesterday when I pulled up to the drive-thru a very nice sounding young man asked me to place my order whenever I was ready I said okay and as I was about to tell him my order a very abrupt sounding female voice came across the speaker and said "We're closed" in a very abrupt non-apologetic manner like I was an inconvenience. And tonight at 6:45 I decided to give him another shot so I went there again well before 7:00 6:30 6:45ish something like that same young man same nice attitude play shorter with welcome to Arby's place your order whenever you're ready perfect gentleman same lady said our system is down. Again no apology complete abrupt wording and tone again like I'm an inconvenience. It wasn't until after that that I checked the internet to see what time they actually close at and it states right there on the website for that location that y'all are open till 10:00 p.m. . Very disappointed very disappointed.
