Auntie Anne's

I don't go here often, but the times I have the pretzels were always delicious. It's located on the first floor across from my favorite cookie place. The employees I mostly found to be mellow, but I didn't have any complaints. I don't need people to smile at me, especially if it's just going to be fake, I just want my stuff and if it's the proper quality then I'm satisfied. They pretty much sell everything Auntie Anne's offers from what I could tell. My go-to spot for tasty flavored pretzels~

Went in for 4 pretzels and a drink. Ordered a plain pretzel and was told after I paid that it would be ready in 7 minutes. I said okay, and waited around the corner. I came back in 10 and I was told they all sold out again. I politely requested for them to set one aside when it came out of the fryer, and they said "No problem, 5 more minutes". I waited again, returned in 10, and guess what? No pretzels. I voiced my frustration and asked again, since I paid for something I do not have, if they could PLEASE just set one aside for me and I'd be back in 5 minutes. Ten minutes later... NOPE. So I stood there for another 8 minutes, watched them make a batch, and then had to yell to the guy "Can I please get one of those?" Needless to say, all the other pretzels were now cold and my drink was melted. A little ridiculous to wait almost 40 minutes for a plain pretzel that I already purchased. Also, most employees seem frazzled, like they dislike their job, and are being bothered by customers.

They took a very long time to make what I asked after I’d been waiting for what seemed like an eternity before then. I asked for a refund and went shopping. When I came back to check to see if it was made, they hadn’t even put it in the oven and said it would be another 20 minute wait. They are unorganized. One worker told me 10 minutes and the other said 20. I had to leave. If I have to wait an hour for a pretzel why are they even in business. This needs to change. They need better workers and service.

This place is HORRIBLE. I was there yesterday with my mom and waited at the register for 5 minutes without being acknowledged. All three employees looked directly at my mother and I and ignored us. Even after saying excuse me a couple of times, there was still no service. We ultimately went elsewhere and we will NEVER go back to this Auntie Ann’s. This WAS my favorite pretzel place but now I’ll go somewhere else where I can be treated like a human being while being in a wheelchair. So incredibly rude. I couldn’t believe it.

while i was standing in line ordering my pretzel one of the workers were sitting on the counter top on there phone while the shift leader who wasn't the friendly didn't say anything at all. they were all rude and the pretzels were hard as a rock ill never be back and ill make sure everyone knows ... will be posting pictures of her sitting on her phone soon. poor service and rude workers!!!
