Andrew’s Attitude at the window was disgusting and when I asked for his name he told me he couldn't give it to me and when I asked for his managers phone number he told me he didn't have one and when I asked to make a complaint he told me that I couldn't I had to call the one 800 number then he closed the window on me I would never do any business with this Dunkin' Donuts ever again and I am definitely reporting them. He wanted to give me an attitude at the window like I was not a customer take your attitude somewhere else!

Customer service A+ ... the cleanest and quickest Dunkins!!! Easy way in and easy was out!! Across the street from competitors? They could never!! Awesome team!

Went to drive thru and was asked how we could be helped before being told they were no longer taking food orders at 10 a.m. because they were backed up. This is a FOOD establishment for breakfast. It’s like saying you have a broken limb, but sorry, go away, we’re too busy to help. Plus, asking how can we help you with no intent to serve? Do NOT recommend.

Something might be wrong with their toaster or whatever they use for their Bagels and croissants. they always taste old. I never see a trace of butter too. And usually when a bagel is piping hot it is reheated in some way or another. Drinks are good for the most part. Donuts are fine. I come here for convenience if there was one on my route to work in Oneonta I would go to that one.

Jen, kind of going downhill with only a few of the experienced crew remaining, but still much faster service than most of the other crews. for example, going through the drive thru at the Wolf Rd store has taken 10-15 minutes at 5am. to be fair I've noticed improvement in that location recently.

Is it customary for a store to shut down an espresso machine an hour before closing for cleaning? Especially when the process takes such a short amount of time? Even if it took a long time to clean it why wouldn't this be done AFTER the restaurant closes. I'm pretty sure your most expensive drinks are made with espresso. This store is losing plenty of money because of employees thinking they can dictate when to shut a machine down. I do not have a receipt # reference cause I chose to leave.
