Dunkin'

This Dunkin’ is probably one of the worst I have been to. This morning I go through the drive thru, there was a problem with my coffee I asked them to remake it. ( it was really dark ) I explain to them that I get Dunkin every day and I know that it isn’t made correctly. The older guy in the window proceeded to tell me and the other two workers that he had never seen me. Which is false, I will usually drive 20 minutes out of the way to the Dunkin closer to the Walmart down 441. But when I’m in a hurry I give this Dunkin a shot because they are literally three minutes up the road and they fail me every time.

Typically I do not write reviews but after attempting to go to this Dunkin' donuts over the last few months every time there is an issue or they are out of something. Today just put me over the top so I decided to write a review. This time I waited in line for 15 minutes before making it up to the window to order there was a sign that said no change available which wasn't an issue because I'll pay with my card and then it also said no Carmel okay not a problem I'll get a mocha latte. I wait another 5 minutes before they actually come on to take my order and then I am informed after ordering that they have no milk available. Space this location is either always out of items gives you cold coffee when you want a hot coffee or gives half a cup when you ask for a whole cup!! I keep going back in hopes of it getting better like as if it was just a bad off day but every time is worse. I left there today with nothing in hand and that will be my last attempt of using this Dunkin. Super disappointing definitely wish there were other options for coffee in high springs or alachua

I'd give zero stars if I can. Not because of the donuts though. (1). Could not order anything from their website. (2) downloaded APP and it is awful! If you try to order 12 donuts it automatically changes the number to 11 so you have to up it back to 12. (3) App does NOT allow someone to order more than a dozen if one want to choose which donuts you would like. Once you hit 12 you are prevented form adding any more at all (4) Worst of ALL one cannot call the published number for the Alachua store in FL because it says the number as been disconnected. (5) All I wanted to do was get Dunkin for a little girls 1st grade class.
