Arby's

Almost never a hassle and usually a decent experience. Always a genuinely friendly staff. They do a better job on average then most fast food. Sauces taken care of. Rarely have any issue or hold up with my coupons. Went in drive through one time and a new person handed me my drink before they had all the food ready. But no straw. Immediately behind them I heard the trainer say "Give them a straw with the drink so they can enjoy it while they wait for their food." They're paying attention to things like that. The automated generic response makes me want to take away a star. Especially when most of what I said was about being friendly and personable. Your social media consultant needs to get it together

Weird thing! I'm just finding my way to Arby's. Everything I ordered was delicious. I always leave tips for sometimes the whole crew. But..... recently my luck have changed. I recently ordered a chicken sandwich. I tookv2 bites and was so disappointed. 2 hard cold chicken strips. I took one bite and threw it away. I ordered 1 item and it was the wrong order. They gave me mozzarella sticks. I ate one. It was delicious. But I ordered jalapeño bites. I got the correct order and regretted taking the sticks back. My bites was cold and nasty. I threw them away. I'm going to take a break from Arby's for awhile. Workers are very friendly.
